The Crown Property Bureau is determined to follow the footsteps of His Majesty the Late King Bhumibol Adulyadej in reinforcing Thailand’s sustainable development in four dimensions which are economic, social, environmental and cultural. Under His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn’s directives, understanding of all these dimensions are crucial for everyone especially for young people. This is achievable through education which will provide them with correct knowledge and understanding about the nation.
As modern learning centre, Nitasrattanakosin was established to reinforce social and cultural understanding as part of sustainable development plan. It is currently managed by the Crown Property Bureau, and is one of the most informative museums in Thailand where knowledge about Thai history, culture, rituals, arts as well as the monarchy are presented through larger-than-life four dimensional technology.

In correspondence with the mission to continue, preserve and build upon Thai cultural heritage, Nitasrattanakosin has organised “youth art performance” every Saturday – Sunday from 12.00 pm - 1.30 pm since December 2019. This opportunity encourages the preservation of Thai art and culture among young people including those who are disadvantaged, by allowing them to demonstrate their musical and artistic talents to the public. To date, there are more than 1,500 youths from 67 educational institutions who had performed at this weekly event.
