On 1st May 2025, the Crown Property Bureau collaborated with the Faculty of Medicine of Ramathibodi Hospital, the Crown Prince Fund student volunteers, Siam Commercial Bank PCL, the SCB Foundation, Siam Cement PCL, the SCG Foundation, Deves Insurance PCL, Thai Beverage PCL, Airports of Thailand PCL, the Royal Bangkok Sports Club and PTT PCL in organising eye surgery and dental unit as part of “Happy and Healthy Citizen” Project by the Royal Medical Team – the seventh round of 2025 at Rajburi Hospital and Ratchaburi Central Prison, Ratchaburi Province.
The project successfully provided the following treatments :
Eye surgery for 306 inmates
Dental treatment for 786 inmates
Oral hygiene guidance to 88 eye patients and their relatives, as well as 725 inmates

H.E. Mr. Kasem Watanachai, the Privy Counsellor and the Chairman of the Project, presided to the opening ceremony. In attendance were Air Chief Marshal Satitpong Sukvimol, the Lord Chamberlain of the Bureau of the Royal Household and the Director-General of the Crown Property Bureau, together with Police Colonel Thumnithi Wanichthanom, the Senior Deputy Director-General of the Crown Property Bureau and the Vice Chairman of the Project, alongside executives from the Crown Property Bureau, government agencies, and partner organisations. Together, they offered eyeglasses to patients and extended encouragement and support to the medical team, volunteers, and patients.
Since its inception in 2022, the "Happy and Healthy Citizen Project by the Royal Medical Team" has carried out 43 mobile units across all regions, covering 25 provinces. It has provided treatment to a total of 19,941 patients, addressing cataract and dental health issues.

In 2025, the "Happy and Healthy Citizen Project by the Royal Medical Team" continues to focus on bringing together volunteer medical professionals and partner organisations. This collective effort aims to provide ongoing health security for the public, working together to improve the wellbeing of citizens in the long term.
