On 19th May 2025, the Crown Property Bureau organised the campaign "Caring for the Elderly, Ensuring Brightness and Strength", with its executives presenting gift sets to tenants aged over 80 in the following areas:

15 sets in Mueang District, Ratchaburi Province (Managed by the Crown Property Bureau Phetchaburi Provincial Office)
41 sets in the area surrounding the Crown Property Bureau Market, Phetchaburi Province
7 sets in the vicinity of Tha Na Old Market, Nakhon Pathom Province
