On 1st July 2024, the Crown Property Bureau organised "beverage-making skill training" as part of the annual Career Development Activity of 2024. The topics of the training covered various beverage selections from fresh coffee, Italian soda, to milk and non-milk drinks. Moreover, the instructors, who are from Bang Lamphu Learning Centre in Bangkok's Phra Nakhon District, further gave tips and techniques on ingredient selection, tools and equipment, as well as sales strategies, for 16 participants who are tenants and residents in the areas under the management of the Crown Property Bureau (Phetchaburi Provincial Office).
