The Crown Property Bureau oversees and maintains fire extinguisher equipment to ensure it remains ready for use within community premises. On 5th June 2025, twenty new fire extinguishers were handed over to the Vanichsampan Community in Samphanthawong District. Existing equipment was also replaced and extinguishing agents refilled for the following four communities:
- 10 extinguishers for Ratchasap Community, Bang Sue District
- 5 extinguishers for Thep Prathan Community, Khlong Toei District
- 3 extinguishers for Aom Sap Ruam Chit Group, Dusit District
- 1 extinguisher for Soi Wat In Banchong Community, Bang Kho Laem District
