On 15th June 2025, the Crown Property Bureau held the “Tenant Relationship Activity of 2025” to strengthen relationships and improve understanding with tenants. The session aimed to provide valuable information on topics such as lease agreement compliance, tenant rights and responsibilities, maintenance of rental properties, submission of various requests, payment methods, the process for granting power of attorney, and the official LINE account serving as a tenant service channel in Bangkok. The event was attended by 70 tenants and residents at the Rama IX Lake Pattana Community activity ground in Huai Khwang District, Bangkok.
