On 15th February 2025, the Crown Property Bureau organised the "Tenant Relationship Activity of 2025" to provide tenants with useful information, such as adherence to lease agreements, tenant rights and responsibilities, property maintenance and organisation, 15-year lease extension options, payment channels, submission procedures for various requests, and power of attorney documentation. The event provided an opportunity for attendees to ask questions for better understanding, with a total of 55 tenants from Wang Thonglang Sub-district (Khlong Phlapphla) participating at the multipurpose building of the Phlapphla Village Community in Wang Thonglang District, Bangkok.
