On 29th October 2023, “Tenant Relationship Activity” was organised at Lak Song, Bang Khae District in Bangkok to develop mutual understanding about general information and guidelines in renting with the Crown Property Bureau. Participated by 87 tenants, the meeting covered the following topics such as tenant right and responsibilities, maintenance of property, inquiry submission, payment channels and the granting of power of attorney.
