On 18th May 2024, “Tenant Relationship Activity” was organised in Samut Sakhon Province to facilitate and provide general information, as well as guidelines about renting with the Crown Property Bureau. Participated by 78 tenants in Krathum Baen District, the meeting covered the following topics such as tenant rights and responsibilities, maintenance of property, inquiry submission, payment channels and the granting of power of attorney. The activity finished off with Q&A session to clarify all questions.
