In adoption of His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn’s First Royal Command that “I shall sustain, preserve and continue and shall reign with righteousness for the benefit and happiness of the people forever”, the Crown Property Bureau is committed to follow His Majesty’s aspiration in working for national development and improvement of Thai people’s livelihood. The establishment of the Medical Development Clinic and the Golden Place store in Chachoengsao Province is an example of real estate project for social impact which reflects our aim to reinforce positive development upon Thai society rather than thriving for profitable returns.
In 2019, the Crown Property Bureau collaborated with Baanboung Vetchakit Company Limited and Suvarnachard Company Limited under the Royal Patronage to kick-start the construction of five-storey building located next to our Chachoengsao provincial office.
The design of the Medical Development Clinic building is simple yet retains classical features of the original architecture. With technologically advanced medical equipment, it renders possible access to medical care for locals, especially those concerns related to dental and vision health. The building itself has spacious usage area which offers the following medical services :

- Third Floor : Dentistry Section
- Fourth Floor : Ophthalmology Clinic Section

Within the same premise, there is also the Golden Place store which is regarded as the “fridge for the people”. With a selection of quality food and fresh produce at accessible price point, the store is another merchandise channel which helps farmers and local communities make sustainable living. This is indeed the real estate project that creates positive social impact, serving as a model for further developments in other areas across the nation.
