On 23rd July, the first “Tenant Relationship Activity” of 2023 was organised at Bang Bon District in Bangkok to develop mutual understanding about general information and renting with the Crown Property Bureau, as well as tenant guidelines.
Participated by 98 tenants, the meeting covered the following topics such as lease terms, tenant rights and responsibilities, maintenance of property, inquiry submission and payment channels. Q&A session took place at the end of the activity to provide clarification to all questions. Overall, tenants were content with the activity as it provided them with useful information about lease terms and various procedures.
