On 9th June 2025, the Crown Property Bureau expressed its support by donating 17 sets of "CPB Relief Bags", along with bottled water, to tenants affected by a fire on their rental premises. On behalf of the organisation, Miss Pichaya Ratanaphol, Assistant Director-General of the Crown Property Bureau, handed over the relief bags at Sukhantharam Road Community, Chitralada Subdistrict, Dusit District, Bangkok.
